FIELD: drying equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying equipment and can be used in household electric dryers for drying vegetable and other moisture-containing products while ensuring a reduction in electricity consumption. The thermoelectric dryer is equipped with a compact thermoelectric pump, made according to the "air-to-air" scheme, which is a thermoelectric assembly with air radiators of the cold circuit and hot circuit and a thermoelectric Peltier module located between the circuits, the thermoelectric assembly is installed in the discharge chamber. In the drying cupboard, with the formation of an air duct for uniform supply of dehumidified air and an air duct for uniform intake of exhaust air, internal opposite side walls are made with holes for the entry of dehumidified and exit of exhaust air, on which removable pallets with products are installed and fixed. Between the discharge chamber and the drying cupboard, there is an intermediate air duct, which is connected on one side to the hot air cavity of the discharge chamber, and on the other side to the air duct for uniform supply of dried air. The dryer contains an electric fan, an air humidity sensor, an air temperature sensor, and on the side surface of the housing opposite the electric fan there is an air flap for supplying outdoor air. The thermoelectric module, the electric fan, the humidity sensor, the temperature sensor, the air flap are connected to the control unit.
EFFECT: invention should reduce the cost of electricity and increase the efficiency of drying.
