FIELD: polymers; synthetic fibers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a homogeneous spinning solution for the production of acrylic fibers and a homogeneous spinning solution. The method for producing a homogeneous solution includes a step for producing an aqueous suspension of a homopolymer or copolymer of acrylonitrile by polymerizing monomers in an aqueous suspension, removing unreacted monomers, filtering and washing the aqueous suspension to produce a filtration precipitate, a step for dispersing the filtration precipitate, and a step for evaporating the polymer dispersion or producing a homogeneous spinning solution. The present invention provides a solution of acrylonitrile homopolymers or copolymers without gel and without the formation of undissolved agglomerates, while maintaining the advantages associated with polymerization in an aqueous suspension, but eliminating the dangerous and expensive stages of drying the polymer, moving the polymer in powder form to storage bins and then re-dissolving in a spinning solvent.
EFFECT: method according to the present invention provides for combining the two steps of polymerization and spinning in a simplified and economically feasible way.
