FIELD: mechanical engineering and repair production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and repair production, in particular to tooling for processing smooth cylindrical holes. The tool for electromechanical mandrel drilling of smooth cylindrical holes contains a mandrel, clamping nuts, a current-insulating sleeve installed in the tail part of the mandrel, and a calibrating tooth. An axial threaded hole is made in the end face of the front part of the mandrel, and two flats are made symmetrically on the outside. The gauge tooth is made composite and includes an intake part made of steel in the form of a truncated cone, to the base of which a calibrating part made of hard alloy in the form of a spherical belt adjoins, which is a continuation of the intake part. A continuation of the gauging part is the rear part made of steel in the form of a truncated cone, the base adjacent to the calibrating part. Each part of the gauge tooth has an axial hole of the same diameter, is made with the possibility of connecting with a transition fit in the above order with the smooth part of the bolt and fixing with a mandrel by a threaded connection.
EFFECT: invention facilitates the assembly and disassembly of the tool.
