FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to mandrels for electromechanical machining of holes. Proposed mandrel comprises arbor, gaging tooth, hardening tooth, current-isolation sleeve and coupling nuts arranged in arbor rear end. Hardening tooth allows feeding electric current thereto and is isolated from gaging tooth and arbor by means of isolation sleeve and rings. Circular groove is made at arbor front part to receive lock ring for prevention of axial shift of gaging and hardening teeth.
EFFECT: easier assembly-disassembly of mandrel teeth.
