SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in dental implantation. A dental implant is used that includes an implant body to be installed as an artificial tooth root, an abutment connected to the implant body, an abutment screw for fixing the abutment to the implant body, and an artificial tooth connected to the abutment. The abutment is connected to the implant body to maintain an attached state before connecting the abutment to the implant body, that is, until the implant body is osseointegrated into the alveolar bone. The body of the dental implant includes the body of the implant body, in which a threaded section of a spiral shape is formed along the outer wall and a groove for inserting an abutment inserted into it, recessed in the longitudinal direction at the upper end, a section for stopping rotation of the abutment having such a shape that at least part of the inner wall of the body of the implant body corresponds in shape to the outer wall of the abutment and stops the relative rotation of the abutment relative to the body of the implant body, and a section for attaching an instrument provided in the body of the implant body adjacent to the section for stopping the rotation of the abutment in the upper region of the section for stopping rotation of the abutment and removable with a rotating instrument that rotates the body of the implant body.
EFFECT: inventions eliminate the shaking of the abutment connected to the implant body during the process of placing the body of the dental implant, arising from the torque of the rotating instrument, during the process of placing the body of the dental implant.
