FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for arthroscopic treatment of chronic anterior shoulder instability. Arthroscopic approaches are performed to the tendon of the long head of the biceps brachii muscle and the coracoid process of the scapula. A horizontally directed bone canal is formed at the base of the coracoid process of the scapula. An anchor charged with a USP 1 lavsan thread is inserted into the prepared bone hole along the guide. Then, by traction on the thread, the reliability of its fixation in the bone is checked. The ends of the lavsan thread are sutured with interrupted sutures to the tendon of the long head of the biceps brachii.
EFFECT: invention allows improving treatment results by creating a dynamic stabilizer without the formation of a bony leaflet and the absence of open surgical access.
