SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. The method for the production of dry biscuits involves whipping softened butter with granulated sugar until the sugar grains are dissolved, then adding egg melange, drinking milk, drinking soda, adding a mixture of premium wheat flour, rice flour and flour from pumpkin seeds, adding sea buckthorn puree and chopped dried apricots and kneading dough for 2-4 minutes. Dough pieces are formed from the kneaded dough, stamping them out of a layer of dough 6-7 mm thick, which are laid on sheets, greased with egg melange and baked at a temperature of 200-220°C for 10-12 minutes. The dough for dry biscuits is prepared at a certain ratio of recipe components.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a product with improved organoleptic characteristics, increased nutritional value, reduced sugar content, which makes it possible to recommend it for inclusion in the diet for persons adhering to a healthy lifestyle, as well as for preventive nutrition.
