FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. Distal portion of the aorta with a calcified wall is crushed by a clamp longitudinally from the bifurcation. Two linear patches with size of 8 by 50 mm are cut out of the synthetic prosthesis. Non-traumatic needle begins to cover the aorta between two synthetic patches with a mattress suture so that the needle prick-in and needle-sticking fall on the crushed section of the aortic wall through synthetic patches. Thereafter, the aorta is closed additionally with a continuous blanket suture with a non-traumatic needle so that the needle prick-in and needle-stick fall on the synthetic patches.
EFFECT: method enables to prevent difficulties in calculating the calcified aorta, ruptures of the aortic wall, haemorrhage from the injections, formation of paroprosthetic hematomas and suppuration of the prosthesis.
