FIELD: plastic surgery.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for mammary gland correction. The device for mammary gland correction contains a sheet of cell-free tissue matrix containing a flexible sheet with an upper surface and a lower surface. The sheet has an upper curved border with the first degree of curvature and a lower curved border with the second degree of curvature. The upper curved border and the lower curved border are connected at the upper points of the side ends of the device, separated by a distance of 15 to 30 cm. The upper curved border and the lower curved border define a height of at least 15 cm for more complete coverage of the mammary gland implant. The shape and size of the lower curved border correspond to the shape of the lower edge of the mammary gland. A method for mammary gland correction is disclosed, including the use of a device containing a sheet of cell-free tissue matrix and implantation of the device together with a mammary gland implant or tissue expander into the mammary gland.

EFFECT: technical result is reducing sagging and the formation of skin folds, as well as saving expensive material.
