FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to rhinoplasty. A rhinoplasty procedure is performed with using a bioabsorbable columellar strut graft comprising a pair of opposite elements of lateral walls. The wall elements have free outer lateral edges, inner ends, outer surfaces and inner surfaces, as well as opposite lateral ends. A base element couples lateral elements along its inner ends so that the lateral wall elements are inclined in relation to each other. The wall elements are configured movable in relation to each other from a first rest position into a second position. The strut has a passage formed between the inner surfaces of the wall elements and inner surface of the base element. A number of openings connected to the passage extend through the lateral wall elements.
EFFECT: inventions ensure preventing or creating a suitable nasal tip support for nearest lasting post-surgery results.
