FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for tissue matrix treatment, a collagen-containing skin tissue matrix is selected, all cells and cellular components are removed from the skin tissue matrix, and then the skin tissue matrix is brought into contact with the proteolytic enzyme under conditions sufficient to obtain the necessary increase in the skin tissue matrix plasticity. A cell-free tissue matrix is also provided and is obtained by treatment that includes selection of an acellular skin tissue matrix and bringing the cell-free skin tissue matrix into contact with the proteolytic enzyme under conditions sufficient to produce the necessary increase in the cell-free skin tissue matrix plasticity.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions allows to increase plasticity in a cell-free skin tissue matrix, while not reducing its other mechanical properties.
