FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of liquid hydrocarbons storage, in particular oil and petroleum products; it can be used when implementing transport and warehouse operations at the objects of production, pumping and processing of liquid hydrocarbons. Invention concerns a device for washing out bottom sediments of liquid hydrocarbons in a vertical tank of high capacity, which contains two distribution pressure pipes located on the tank bottom with a V-shaped mutual joint at an angle of 60°С relatively to each other with nozzles evenly installed on the sidewalls of pipes in parallel with the tank bottom. The device also contains a supply pressure pipe with a V-shaped joint of distribution pressure pipes attached to its end part, a suction pipe installed above the level of bottom sediment formation, a pump connected to a longitudinal pressure pipe and a suction branch pipe. The device also has an inlet flushing branch pipe connected to the suction pipe at the site between shut-off valve installed on it and a place of its connection to the pump, an outlet flushing branch pipe connected to the longitudinal pressure pipe at the site between shut-off valve installed on it and a place of its connection to the pump, an intake flushing branch pipe attached from the inner side of the tank wall to a blind casing fixed on the suction pipe designed to ensure the tightness of its internal cavity and the difference between its cross-sectional area and the cross-sectional area of the suction branch pipe, approximately equal to the cross-sectional area of the intake flushing branch pipe, and an intermediate flushing branch pipe attached with one end to the suction pipe at the site between shut-off valve installed on it and a place of its connection to the pump and with the other end attached to the blind casing from the outer part of the tank wall. The pump is made providing a self-suction function. The intake flushing branch pipe is L-shaped, and the intermediate flushing branch pipe is U-shaped.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of washing out bottom sediments of liquid hydrocarbons in the vertical tank of high capacity.
