A device for collecting accidental spills of liquid hydrocarbons from tanks includes a tank, a fence installed along its perimeter and an annular pipeline located on the site between the fence and the tank wall, to which four vertical inlet pipes with protective caps are rigidly connected at an equal distance from each other, a remote pipeline, rigidly connected to the annular pipeline and equipped with a check valve, a group of emergency tanks interconnected by technological pipes.
