SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of storage of liquid hydrocarbons, in particular - oil and petroleum products, and can be used in the implementation of transport and storage operations at facilities of production, pumping and processing of liquid hydrocarbons. Device for washing out bottom sediments of liquid hydrocarbons in a vertical steel tank contains longitudinal and transverse pressure pipes with nozzles installed on their lateral sides parallel to the bottom of the tank at an equal distance from each other; a suction connection, a pump, inlet and outlet flush connections, an intake flush connection attached to a blind casing fixed on the suction connection; an intermediate flushing connection, attached at one end to the suction connection, and at its other end connected to the blind casing.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of washing out bottom sediments of liquid hydrocarbons in a vertical steel tank.
