SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of rotary flute pumps designed for efficient heating of low-viscosity liquids pumped with low pressure: water, gasoline, kerosene in heating systems and tanks of residential and industrial premises. A low viscosity turbulent heater contains housing with inlet and outlet pipes, respectively, of cold and heated liquid with low viscosity, a rotor with injection and return grooves, installed in bearings and driven in rotation by an electric motor. The rotor is made of a heater having the same number of injection and return grooves and a supercharger having only injection grooves. Holes with a diameter of 1.2 to 1.6 of the width of the grooves and a depth of 1.1 to 1.4 of the diameter of the holes are made on the heater, at the intersection of the injection and return grooves in the gap between the walls of the injection and return grooves,.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at creating a device that provides a more intense turbulent flow of a liquid with a low viscosity, and, due to this, its more efficient heating.
