SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely urology of childhood. In this case, the flap is circularly fixed on the lateral surface of the cavernous bodies for 15 mm with separate loop sutures, wrapping around the tops of the cavernous bodies, creating a visual similarity of the glans penis. The urethra is mobilized for 2 cm, dissected longitudinally along the ventral surface by 5 mm, the corners of the edges of the urethra are excised, forming a wider external opening of the urethra in the area of the tip of the cavernous bodies with a displacement to the ventral surface. The skin of the trunk of the penis is fixed with two rows of sutures to the cavernous bodies below the level of the implanted flap, leaving a narrow wound surface to separate the head and the skin of the trunk.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent to prevent the growth of hair on the head, visually separate the areas of the skin of the head from the trunk of the penis; to create a prototype of the glans penis; to prevent scarring and stenosis of the external opening, create a prototype of the coronal sulcus.
