FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used in the manufacture of concrete mix. Disclosed is a method for production of a concrete mixture, including mixing cement, sand, crushed stone, water and pumped ice in a container for mixing the components of the concrete mixture. First, pumped ice is added to the container for mixing the components of the concrete mixture, which is a suspension consisting of ice crystals ranging in size from 5 to 10,000 microns and a liquid aqueous phase in a volume of 30-50% of the calculated mass fraction of water for mixing the concrete mixture. Then cement, sand and crushed stone are added into a container for mixing the components of the concrete mixture. The mixture is mixed for 5-10 minutes, then the remaining pumped ice is added to the container for mixing the components of the concrete mixture in a volume of 50-70% of the calculated mass fraction of mixing water, after which the mixture is mixed for 5 -10 minutes.
EFFECT: lowering the temperature of the mixture during transportation and concreting, increasing the preservation of the mixture, reducing the likelihood of cracking during the hardening of concrete.
