FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic inertial separation method for ground products implies introduction of an aerodisperse flow into the chamber and twisting in the confuser space of the hollow turbine around its horizontal rotation axis so that the swirling aerodisperse flow volumes are produced in its inner cavity and at the outer surfaces, isolation and removal of large and heavy fractions of the aerodisperse flow during the said volumes interaction, transportation of the aerodisperse flow with additional twisting in the rotating branch pipe, metering by changing the vibration cone position, removal of fine and light fractions of the aerodisperse flow. The ground products are preliminary treated by the vibrating hopper with the vibrations having regulated amplitude-frequency characteristic. Their following metering is carried out at the outlet from the vibrating hopper into the fixed hopper by the vibrations of the vibration cone with the regulated amplitude-frequency characteristic which are transformed from the vibrating hopper vibrations with the help of the vibration cone, as well as by changing the vibration cone position in respect to the vibrating hopper. Prior to introducing the prepared aerodisperse flow to the hollow turbine through the chamber, the ground products are aeroliquified at making the air circulate in the closed loop with the air being supplied from the sequential volumes between the vibrating hopper and fixed hopper, volumes of the hollow confuser turbine, cyclone, fan and volume between the fan, vibrating hopper and fixed hopper. Fine and light fractions of the aerodisperse flow are removed after it has passed through the cyclone.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency of the ground product separation, reducing power consumption and preventing environment contamination.
