FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetology and dermatology and can be used for treating skin fibrosis. Radio wave defibrosing of fibrous tissue is performed by means of RF-cannula at frequency of radio wave radiation 1–2 MHz and energy 1–9 J. When introducing the RF-cannula, physiologic saline is introduced ahead of its passage; the therapeutic course is 3–4 procedures.
EFFECT: method enables to achieve a cosmetic result in a short time, increase the effectiveness and reduce the length of treatment of skin fibrosis, due to the destruction of fibrous tissue, loosening and modification of old collagen fibres by means of minimally invasive radio wave method with application of RF-cannula.
