FIELD: medicine, infectious diseases.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in outpatient practice for the recovery of patients who have had a new coronavirus infection with lung damage. From the first treatment day, intravenous infusion therapy is prescribed once a day in the first half of the day for 10 days with Cytoflavin 10 ml + NaCl 0.9% 200 ml and Heptral 400 mg + NaCl 0.9% 200 ml; daily for 12 days: magnetotherapy on the lung area from the BTL apparatus, back and leg massage in a non-contact hot tub according to the Relax program with simultaneous exposure to polarized light from the Biptron apparatus on the sternum (combined procedure) for 15 minutes once a day, oxygen therapy from an oxygen concentrator for 15 minutes 2 times a day. Within 10 days, haloinhalation therapy is prescribed for 10 minutes on the first day, for 15 minutes on the second day, for 30 minutes from the third day. Then, from the 3rd day from the start of therapy, in addition to the above procedures, 10 more procedures are added: manual chest massage with vibration elements, with a gradual increase in intensity every two days and physiotherapy exercises, starting from a sitting position, with a gradual increase in load every 2 days. Further on, from the 5th day of treatment, in addition to the prescribed procedures, a health path, dosed walking with elements of breathing exercises are prescribed, while the classes consist of repeating cycles: ten minutes of walking at a slow pace, then 5 minutes of breathing exercises, 5 minutes of rest, the cycles are repeated 3 times. Somatic status and objective indicators are assessed daily: blood saturation, blood pressure and pulse are measured three times a day, blood sugar is determined once every three days in the morning on an empty stomach. Upon admission, on day 5 and day 10, the following are performed: a test for muscle strength and balance (Berg balance scale), a test with exercise (Borg scale to determine shortness of breath and fatigue before, during and after exercise), an emotional state test (brief MMSE Mental Status Scale). After 10 days from the start of therapy, control of laboratory parameters is prescribed: a complete blood count with a formula, a biochemical blood test, determination of the coagulation system and D-dimer. A month later, a control study is performed by computed tomography of the lungs.
EFFECT: method provides a complex effect on all body systems, as well as reducing the risk of complications.
