SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to a set of peptides, and can be used in medicine. The peptides included in the set are able to specifically bind with antibodies in the blood plasma of patients diagnosed with breast cancer (BC) while ensuring detection of antibodies in the blood plasma of patients with BC. By the presence of increased or reduced production of antibodies to the panel of 119 peptides presented in the invention, donors diagnosed with BC can be distinguished from donors without BC.

EFFECT: present invention can be used in immunology and oncology for diagnostics/screening of malignant breast tumours; the proposed invention can also be used in addition to methods for diagnostics of breast cancer for improving sensitivity and specificity, and in combination with other analytical systems for improving efficiency of diagnostics of BC.
