SUBSTANCE: to perform the method for diagnosis of diseases accompanied by increased cell death, a blood plasma sample is obtained, followed by isothermal amplification of blood plasma nucleic acids. Next, the nucleic acids are purified from the reaction mixture and the quantitative analysis of the nucleic acids by the polymerase chain reaction method is carried out in real time. The coefficient K is determined in the samples. Next, the coefficient K is compared with the reference value and the disease, accompanied by an increased loss of cells, is diagnosed at K value less than the reference value.

EFFECT: invention allows minimally invasive diagnosis of diseases accompanied by increased cell death, with high sensitivity, at any stage of the disease, including in the early stages, when clinical symptoms are absent.
