FIELD: mining operations.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to the enrichment of minerals, in particular to the extraction of precious metals, such as gold from pulp, it can be used in the processing of both placer and manmade mineral deposits. The method for extracting precious metals from the pulp of minerals from placer and manmade deposits includes the movement of the separated pulp along an inclined trough, the report of vibrations to the pulp using a source of vibrations and the release of a concentrate of precious metals. In the inclined trough for the pulp movement, at least one pulp storage device is installed to reduce the speed of its flow along the inclined trough, made in the form of a channel located transversely to the pulp movement, and a partition that is installed with the possibility of vertical movement. The partition is placed with one end in the said channel, with the formation of a U-shaped profiled channel between the surfaces of the partition end installed in the vertical channel and the walls of the said channel. The other partition end is placed above the working surface of the trough. The speed of the pulp movement in the profiled channel after the storage device is adjusted by moving the partition, and it is selected in such a way that the flow rate of the separated pulp from the storage device through the profiled channel is provided equal to or lower than the feed rate of the separated pulp to fill the storage device. The lower parts of the profiled channels are used for the accumulation and removal of concentrate.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of extraction of precious metals, as well as increased environmental safety of the environment.
