SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to methods, modifiers and compositions for foam flotation, in particular, for the separation of target products from mineral ores that require fine grinding. The bubbling composition for foam flotation contains a medium, a metal oxide ore containing the waste rock and the target product, an amine collector containing C12-C24 fatty amine, C12-C24 fatty diamine, C6-C13 simple ethyramine, C6-C13 simple etherdiamine or any combination thereof, and a modifier containing one or more sulfonated polymers. One or more sulfonated polymers contains a residue of sulfonated vinyl alcohol, sulfonated acrylamide, sulfomethylated acrylamide, styrene sulfonate, or any combination thereof. The target product contains iron oxide, and the waste rock contains silicate, silica, carbonate, or any combination thereof. This composition is used in the foam flotation method, which includes obtaining a bubbling composition, agitating the bubbling composition to obtain a bubbled composition containing foam and a bubbled suspension. The bubbled suspension contains the concentrate of the target product, and the foam contains waste rock tailings.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of concentration of target products from materials containing ultrafine particles.
