FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy and can be used for the production of powder corrosion-resistant steel from powder materials of steel X17 in conditions of mass, serial and individual production. A method for producing a sintered product from powder corrosion-resistant steel includes sintering a powder of corrosion-resistant steel to obtain a sintered product. The powder of corrosion-resistant steel with an average size of 28.65 microns, obtained by electroerosive dispersion of X17 steel waste in lighting kerosene, undergoes sintering at a temperature of 1240°C at electrode voltage of 90-110 V, a pulse repetition rate of 110-120 Hz and capacitor capacity of 58 mcF.
EFFECT: sintered products with high physical and mechanical properties are obtained.
