SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to woodworking industry, particularly to manufacture of monolithic pallets from pressed wood. The pressed wood pallet includes a loading surface and lower support elements monolithically formed as a unit. Each of the support elements comprises a corresponding longitudinal beam with linear extension. The pressed wood pallet is equipped with sections of different material densities. The pallet is produced by a device comprising a storage tool and a pressing tool. The storage tool comprises a mixture collection chamber wherein a first conveyor belt is located configured to supply a substantially uniform layer of the mixture to the outlet hole. The pressing tool is equipped with a lower part of the mould and an upper part of the mould wherein a pallet forming receptacle is provided between the two moulds. A second conveyor belt is located between the storage tool and the pressing tool.
EFFECT: load capacity of the pallet is increased.
