FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building material industry, namely to building ceramics, and can be used in manufacture of a wide range of products (bricks, tiles and others) by a semi-dry pressing method. The method for producing building ceramic products includes grinding the raw materials: moderately plastic low-melting loam 55 to 70% and carbonate-containing drilling waste 45 to 30%, mixing and tempering the materials with water, moulding products by the semi-dry pressing method, drying, burning, wherein the mineral carbonate-containing drilling waste product preliminarily undergoes chemical treatment with a 6% hydrochloric acid solution at burn pit sites, wherein the consumption is between 18 and 20 liters per 1 m3 of the carbonate-containing drilling waste, provided that the distribution of the treated layer is from 0.15 to 0.2 m, the environment temperature is no less than +3 to +5°C, warming in the temperature range from 20 to 30°C during the first 12 hours followed by sustaining for 1 to 2 days.
EFFECT: increased strength, reduced shrinkage during drying and burning, reduced tendency to cracking during drying and improved of water absorption, average density, freezing resistance.
