FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: flexible harmonic transmission element is comprised of contacting belts, welded joints of the cylindrical part thereof with a flange and an end diaphragm, the contacting belts of welded joints are made radial, and the end diaphragm thereof is made with a guiding rod with holes. The welded joints are made along the entire width of the perimeter of contact of the radially contacting circumference of the diametrical contour of the cylindrical part of the flexible element with a flange and the end diaphragm. The cylindrical flexible part is made with two or more different cuts of the harmonic gear and threaded screw-nut transmission.
EFFECT: increased reliability and durability of the design of the flexible harmonic transmission element are provided.
