FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vacuum engineering and can be used in designs of manipulators with vacuum chamber, intended for performance of technological operations in vacuum. Proposed manipulator comprises actuator to reciprocate and swing motion by means of manual drive with bellows. Vacuum chamber is provided with cover having tight cavity connected to vacuum source. Manual drive represents a control handle connected to the actuating element by bellows separated by aforesaid tight cover cavity.
EFFECT: higher reliability of vacuum chamber sealing.
