FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in designs of manipulators operating in superhigh vacuum with especially pure materials. Proposed manipulator comprises actuator to reciprocate and swing motion by means of manual drive with bellows. Vacuum chamber is equipped with a cover having a sealed cavity made with the possibility of vacuum in it of air and connected by means of the channel to the vacuum control equipment providing tracking of the vacuum degree in the specified sealed cavity. Manual drive is mounted on cover of vacuum chamber and is made in the form of control handle connected with actuating element by bellows. Bellows are separated by tight cover cavity.
EFFECT: high reliability of the manipulator and stabilization of quality characteristics of the working medium.
