FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to medical devices designed to measure the size of individual organs and body parts of adults and children, in particular, the height of the uterine fundus in pregnant women above the pubis in order to assess the quality of pregnancy and the dynamics of the size of the uterus, intrauterine fetus and amniotic fluid volume. The diagnostic centimeter tape for a pregnant woman is designed to measure the height of the standing of the uterine fundus above the pubis. The tape is made of rubberized fabric, non-stretchable vinyl or soft plastic with a length of 150 cm with a measuring scale on both sides, applied in the form of basic divisions with an interval of 1 mm, having integer digital values in centimeters, with the beginning of the scale indicators report on each side from the opposite end, with the ends covered with a metal coating, with the possibility of folding in a circle in the form of a roll, which can be squeezed and tied with a ribbon or folded into a round plastic box with a lid. The tape is made for individual use. The tape has a width of 5.0 cm. On one side of the tape on its left edge there is a scale with a width of 1 cm, to the right of it on the remaining part of the width of the tape there are three columns with through divisions that are a continuation of the lines of the scale values in centimeters. One column is placed on the right edge of the tape and is made with a width of 1 cm and in the cells located opposite the scale values corresponding to the height of the standing of the uterine fundus in normal, contains an indication of the terms of pregnancy in the number of weeks. Two columns are placed between the measuring scale and the rightmost column, have a width of 1.5 cm and empty cells for registration in the left column of the dates of studies of a pregnant woman, and in the right column of the terms of her pregnancy in weeks. The columns are made with the possibility of selecting cells opposite the scale values corresponding to the dimensions of the height of the standing of the uterine fundus in the examined pregnant woman, found on the days of her examination.
EFFECT: possibility of using the tape simultaneously as a measuring, registration and evaluation device, the simplicity and ease of diagnosing the course of pregnancy, assessing the dynamics of fetal development and the volume of amniotic fluid, the timeliness of identifying the risk of fetal growth retardation, the presence of macrosomia, hypamnion, the need for additional examination of a pregnant woman, regardless of the participation of a medical worker, the presence of an outpatient card of a pregnant woman, a normal gravidogram, without infecting a pregnant woman, terminating her pregnancy and fetal death.
