FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical products intended for periodic measurement of the fundal height in pregnant women in order to estimate the pregnancy term, the dynamics of fetal growth, and the volume of the amniotic fluid. The gravidometric tape intended for measuring the fundal height above the pubis in a woman with a singleton pregnancy is made of rubberised fabric, non-stretchable vinyl or soft plastic with a bright white working surface with measuring scales applied in the form of basic black index lines at an interval of 1 mm, with integer digital values in centimeters, with the scale indicators counting from the end of the tape, with ends coated with metal, configured for the tape to be folded in a circle in the form of a roll configured to be pressed and tied with a string, or configured to be put into a round plastic box with a cover. The tape is made with a length of 45 cm and a width of 6 to 8 cm with a working surface on one side of the tape, with a possibility of manually recording the measured values thereon, with identical measuring scales at both edges of the tape starting at the base of the tape, with black transverse lines connecting even values of the scales in centimeters starting from 10 cm, with a scale of pregnancy terms in the range of values from 20 to 41 weeks located at the base of the tape, with black lines along the entire length of the tape starting from said values and parallel to the axis of the tape, with a graphic image of a gravidogram in the form of a black line indicating the dynamics of the values of the fundal height in a normal singleton pregnancy and with yellow stripes with a width of 1 cm surrounding the line on both sides along the entire length thereof.
EFFECT: provides a possibility of measuring the fundal height and recording the obtained data individually for every pregnant woman for the entire duration of pregnancy, simplicity and ease of estimation of fetal development and volume of the amniotic fluid, timely identification of the risk of delayed fetal growth, presence of macrosomia, oligohydramnios, and the need for additional examination of the pregnant woman regardless of the participation of the medical worker and the presence of the medical record of the pregnant woman with a gravidogram corresponding to a normal course of a singleton pregnancy, excluding infection of the pregnant woman, interruption of the pregnancy, and fetal death.
