FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to biology and veterinary medicine, and can be used in correction of endothelial dysfunction in carbohydrate metabolism disorders accompanied by end-stage insulin deficiency. To implement the method, in presence of refractory hyperglycemia, simultaneously with the beginning of the course of therapy with liraglutide injected subcutaneously, a full-thickness cutaneous flap the size of 0.1% of the body surface area is excised in the area with developed subcutaneous fatty tissue, the excised flap is treated alternately with a solution of H2O2 3% at an exposure of 1 minute, C2H5OH 70% at 30 seconds, NaCl 0.9% at an exposure of 2 minutes. In the flap collection area a cavity is formed between the skin and the native fascia, sufficient in shape and size to accommodate the collected flap, the pre-treated flap is placed in the formed cavity, the position thereof is fixed. Liraglutide is therein administered daily at a dosage of 0.4 mg/kg in a course of 20 injections.

EFFECT: method allows increasing efficiency of endothelial dysfunction correction in carbohydrate metabolism disorders accompanied by end-stage insulin deficiency by combined administration of liraglutide and non-pharmacological biostimulation by autotransplantation of a full-thickness cutaneous flap with minimal risk of side effects associated with introduction of additional pharmaceuticals.
