The oxygen-fuel power plant with coal gasification contains a multistage compressor (1), a pump (2), an oxygen compressor (3), an air separation unit (4), a regenerator (5) containing hot (6), (7) and cold (8), (9) coolant circuits, combustion chamber (10), fuel compressor (11), gas turbine (12), cooler-separator (13), multistage compressor with intermediate cooling (14), coal gasification unit (15), the first surface heat exchanger (16) with hot (17) and cold (18) coolant circuits, the first compressor (19) and turbine (20), the second surface heat exchanger (21) with hot (22) and cold (23) coolant circuits, the second compressor (24) and turbine (25), steam generator (26) with cold (27) and hot (28) coolant circuits, while the second outlet of the cooler-separator (13) is connected to the cold coolant circuit of the steam generator (27) connected to the inlet a coal gasification unit (15), the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the hot coolant circuit of the first surface heat exchanger (17), and its outlet is connected to the inlet of the hot coolant circuit of the second surface heat exchanger (22), the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the fuel compressor (19), and the outlet of the air separation unit (4) is connected in parallel with the inlets of the first (19) and second (24) compressors, the outlet of the first compressor (19) is connected to the inlet of the hot coolant circuit of the steam generator (28), the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the cold coolant circuit of the first surface heat exchanger (18), and its outlet is connected to the first turbine (20), the outlet of the second compressor (24) is connected to the inlet of the cold coolant circuit of the second surface heat exchanger (23), and its outlet is connected to the second turbine (25).

EFFECT: increasing electrical efficiency of the power plant.
