SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric power engineering, it can be used in the development of power plants with low emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. The oxygen-fuel power plant contains multi-stage compressor 1, combustion chamber 2, fuel compressor 3, air separation unit 4, gas turbine 5, waste heat boiler 6, which is made in form of two heat exchangers – gas-water two-flow heat exchanger 7, containing a hot gas circuit of heat carrier 8 and a cold water circuit of heat carrier 9, as well as gas-air two-flow heat exchanger 10, containing a hot gas circuit of heat carrier 11 and a cold carbon dioxide circuit of heat carrier 12, cooler-separator 13, multi-stage compressor with intermediate cooling 14, steam turbine 15, condenser 16, pump 17, turbo-expander 18, additional condenser 19, additional pump 20, first electric generator 21, second electric generator 22, and third electric generator 23. The input of the hot gas circuit of heat carrier 11 of gas-air two-flow heat exchanger 10 is connected to the output of the hot gas circuit of heat carrier 8 of gas-water two-flow heat exchanger 7, and its output is connected to cooler-separator 13. The output of the cold carbon dioxide circuit of heat carrier 12 of gas-air two-flow heat exchanger 10 is connected to turbo-expander 18, which is connected in series with additional condenser 19 and additional pump 20, the output of which is connected to the input of the cold carbon dioxide circuit of heat carrier 12 of gas-air two-flow heat exchanger 10. Turbo-expander 18 is mechanically connected to third electric generator 23.

EFFECT: increasing the electrical efficiency of the power plant.
