SUBSTANCE: proposed is a method for obtaining immunogenic components of cultural A, O, Asia-1 type foot-and-mouth disease virus using a serum-free medium "Cellvento™ BHK-200" for production of vaccines against foot-and-mouth disease. The method includes adapting the transplanted suspension cell line BHK-21/SUSP/ARRIAH for growing in a serum-free medium "Cellvento™ BHK-200" while reducing the amount of KPC blood serum from 5 to 0% for 6 consecutive passages. The adapted cells of the transplanted suspension line BHK-21/SUSP/ARRIAH are cultivated in the serum-free medium "Cellvento™ BHK-200". The foot-and-mouth disease virus is reproduced in BHK-21/SUSP/ARRIAH cells adapted to growing in the serum-free medium "Cellvento™ BHK-200" obtaining 146S and 146S+75S immunogenic components. The concentration of the 146S immunogenic component of the foot-and-mouth disease virus in the non-inactivated suspension is determined by the method for reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction in real time. The antigen of the foot-and-mouth disease virus is inactivated. The concentration of the 146S immunogenic component of the foot-and-mouth disease virus in the non-inactivated suspension is determined by the method for reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction in real time and of the 146S+75S immunogenic component in a complement binding reaction. The 146S and 146S+75S immunogenic components are obtained in the amounts of 0.70 to 0.75 and 0.84 to 0.86 mcg/ml; 0.74 to 0.77 and 0.89 to 0.92 mcg/ml; 0.79 to 0.83 and 1.00 to 1.05 mcg/ml, respectively.
EFFECT: production of immunogenic components of cultural A, O, Asia-1 type foot-and-mouth disease virus usable in production of vaccines against foot-and-mouth disease.
