SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, to the field of drilling and blasting operations in rocks, and can be used in various industries that use blasting operations in rock massifs, in particular in the development of minerals using the open method. The device for creating a gap in the well contains a support made in the form of a rod with a load attached by a flexible, elastic connection in the lower part, and a gate pivotally fixed to the support. A piece of flexible material is attached to the upper surface of the gate, the length and width of which are commensurate and exceed the diameter of the well. The shutter is made in the form of two identical folding halves of the disk, pivotally attached to the support, with a maximum angle of deviation from the horizontal position of 65-70°.

EFFECT: ensuring an increase in the efficiency of installing the device in flooded wells, increasing the efficiency of the device operation, and expanding the scope of the device.
