FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, to the field of drilling and blasting operations in rocks, and can be used in various industries that use blasting operations in rock massifs, in particular in the development of minerals by an open method. A device for creating a gap in a well, containing a shutter in the form of a cylinder, rigidly attached to a support made in the form of a rod with a weight fixed on it, the dimensions of which are less than the diameter of the well. The cylinder is made up of flexible elastic plates connected by a permanent link, the length and width of which are commensurate with and less than their height. To the upper part of the cylinder, the diameter of which is 30-45% less than the borehole diameter, is attached a sleeve made of elastic material, with a transverse dimension larger than the borehole diameter, filled with a bulk non-caking weight by 30-50% of its volume. The upper edge of the sleeve is secured with a permanent tie.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of using the device in flooded wells, by increasing the reliability of its use, expanding the scope of the device.
