FIELD: mining art, applicable for charging of boreholes at blasting operations in mining art and construction.
SUBSTANCE: the method consists in installation of striker pins in each charge, installation of the detonating cord, production of air gaps with the aid of a borehole gate that is lowered into the borehole an a coupling element to a preset depth that is adjusted with the aid of the coupling element, then the striker pin is placed on the gate a part of the charge. A rope is used as the coupling element, with the aid of which first is prepared the gate. The is made of a length of material and free flowing material placed inside the length of material. One end of the rope is drawn through the center of the length of material from the inside to the exterior, where it is attached to a support, and the other end is left free. Then, free-flowing material is placed inside and in the center of the length of material, and the length of material is bound by another rope around the first one forming a borehole gate, whose interior volume is filled with free-flowing material by one third, and whose lateral size is lower than the borehole diameter by 15 to 20 per cent, the ends of the length of material are length free. Then gate is lowered in the borehole to the required depth that is adjusted with the aid of the rope fixed in the required depth with the aid of a bridging just placed on the daytime surface of the borehole, and the free end of the first rope is attached to it, and the required amount of explosive is filled in the borehole.
EFFECT: reduced labor content of charge placing and the cost of borehole charging, simplified charging of boreholes by dispersed charges, enhanced rate of charge placing.
