FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, to the field of drilling and blasting operations in rocks, and can be used in various industries that use blasting operations in rock masses, in particular in opencast mining. The device for creating a gap in the well contains a piece of material with a bulk load placed inside, fixed on a support made in the form of a rod. A weight is attached to the lower part of the rod, the transverse dimension of which is 30-50% less than the borehole diameter. The length of the support with the load is commensurate with the length of the subdrill. The piece of material is made in the form of a sleeve with a bulk load placed inside. One end of the sleeve is fixed in the upper part of the support, and the other end is fastened with a connecting element and tightly wound over the end of the sleeve fixed in the upper part of the support. A bulk cargo placed inside a piece of material is evenly distributed around the upper part of the support and is fixed from the outside using a constant connection, forming a volume with a transverse diameter 15-20% less than the diameter of the well, to the upper surface of which a corrugated elastic material with a width of at least the height of the formed volume.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the device operation by ensuring a reliable overlap of the borehole cross-section, excluding the spillage of explosives into the created gap, increasing the efficiency of reducing the specific consumption of explosives, improving the quality of working out the bench bottom.
