SUBSTANCE: plumbing drain fitting contains hollow elongated case (12) containing first open end (14), second open end (16) and inlet port (18) located near first open end (14), a removable one-sided valve made with the possibility of inserting and removing it through first open end (14). The one-sided valve contains a section in the form of a hollow elongated case and a valve element. The section in the form of the hollow elongated case contains a side hole made with the possibility of combining with the inlet port when inserting the one-sided valve into the hollow elongated case through the open end. The first open end is made with the possibility of providing an access port for maintenance. The second open end is made with the possibility of providing an outlet port, made with the possibility of connecting to a downstream sewage system. Inlet port (18) is made in the form of a side hole through a wall of hollow elongated case (12) with the possibility of opening into the end of the one-sided valve located higher along the process flow in such a way that an essentially L-shaped flow path is formed from inlet port (18) to outlet port (16). The one-sided valve is made with the possibility to pass flow in the direction from inlet port (18) to outlet port (16) and is made with the possibility to prevent reverse flow from the outlet port to the inlet port.
