FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to method for cultivation of T cells population containing chimeric antigen receptor (hereinafter – CAR); it can be used in medicine. The claimed method includes bringing a T cells population into a contact with a combination of cytokines including IL-15 and at least one cytokine selected from IL-2, IL-7, IL-12, IL-18 and IL-21.
EFFECT: method provides for a T cells population containing CAR, which is effectively used in cancer immunotherapy.
