FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to radio engineering, in particular to converter transceiver modules (CTM); it can be used in radiolocation and communication systems for operating as a part of digital antenna arrays (hereinafter – DAA) using technologies of digital diagram formation for transmission and reception and methods for digital signal processing. A module structure provides for coordinate-separated control of an antenna radiation diagram. The task of optimization two-dimensional DAA is changing two-dimensional DAA to two one-dimensional DAA, which reduces the number of parameters to be optimized (freedom degrees), reduces the required number of channels of digital diagram formation and allows for solving tasks for adaptation and optimization of multielement DAA in real time scale. To implement the set goals, three options of implementation the converter transceiver module of the digital antenna array with orthogonal control are provided.
EFFECT: simplifying the structure and providing the implementation of the system of digital diagram formation of two-dimensional DAA, increasing reliability and reducing the amount of bonds in DAA distributing systems.
