The method for predicting the pressure change data of the surrounding rocks of the stope area includes creating a prediction model for the rate of change of the pressure change data of the surrounding rocks for any section of the stope area and integrating it to obtain a predictive variation model of the pressure change data of the surrounding rocks in a certain interval; multiple acquisition of a series of actual differences in ambient rock pressure data by collecting ambient rock pressure change data from different observation stations at different positions relative to the working face and using a predictive variation model of ambient rock pressure change data in a certain interval to perform a nonlinear regression on a series of actual differences in ambient rock pressure change data to determine the functional expression of the rate of change and the accumulated spread of the surrounding rock pressure change data.

EFFECT: providing a reliable prediction of the characteristics of the pressure change of the surrounding rocks of the stope area in a short time.
