FIELD: medicine, gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative gynecology. Posterior colpoperineolevatoroplasty is performed. Additionally, the pubic-rectal muscle is isolated, the pubic-rectal muscle and the retraged perirectal fascia are brought together with 3-5 resorption sutures, capturing the tissues in the sutures as far as possible in the lateral direction, and plunging the rectum with a finger until a 4 cm long tissue plate is formed above the anterior wall of the rectum.
EFFECT: method allows for the correction of the rectocele without the use of a mesh implant, prevents late postoperative complications in the form of a relapse of rectal prolapse.
