FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, gynecology. Rear longitudinal colpotomy is done. One separates the excess graft of triangular shape of the back wall of the vagina. Wound closure is started with upper angle using a continuous suture vicryl 2/0. After several stitches, wound closure is finished. One does levatoroplasty without isolation of the legs of levators of the fascia. Vaginal edges are connected to the field of closure of levators. Through 2 cm skin incisions on both sides of rear adhesions in the place of closure of levators one makes a synthetic monofilament suture with two needles at the ends. One puts a diamond stitch in, making skin incisions in a tendon center on its both right and left sides. Tension-free suture are tied in a tendinous center of the perineum. Suturing of the vagina is finished.
EFFECT: method allows to do reliable and aesthetic repair of the perineum in insolvency of the pelvic floor muscles.
