FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: object 1 is an antibacterial water-containing hydrogel composition containing a polyurethane-polyurea copolymer and elementary silver particles with an average particle diameter of 5-20 nm and a particle size distribution of D90≤25 nm, in which the silver content per total mass of the hydrogel composition is from 15 to 500 ppm. Object 2 is a multilayer wound dressing containing at least one layer of the substrate, impermeable to water and permeable to water vapor, an absorbent layer and a layer containing a water-containing hydrogel composition. Object 3 is a method for obtaining a water-containing hydrogel composition, including bringing a mixture containing diamine based on polyethylene oxide, elementary silver particles and water into interaction with a prepolymer with aliphatic diisocyanate groups.
EFFECT: high antibacterial effect of the hydrogel composition due to the combination of a hydrogel matrix based on a polyurethane-polyurea copolymer with silver particles having a certain diameter and particle size distribution.
