FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering, it can be used in tubular heat exchangers. In a shell-and-tube device containing a plurality of partitions (5) that are installed along the tube bundle perpendicular to its axis and through which the tubes of this tube bundle pass, each partition is a flat body with holes (11) through which the tubes pass, and the partition contains plate protrusions (12) in the area of the holes that extend from the surface of the partition.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a shell-and-tube device with improved characteristics both from the point of view of design and from the point of view of the dynamics of the fluid flow inside the device.
