SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of communication, namely to technology for information transmission with multiplexing. Proposed is a method for transmitting information with multiplexing, usable in user equipment (UE). The method comprises the stage of selecting, based on the selection criterion, a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) for transmission with multiplexing of uplink control information (UCI) contained in a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), if said PUCCH partially overlaps with the plurality of PUSCH in the time domain.

EFFECT: provided is possibility of determining the physical uplink shared channel PUSCH for transmitting uplink control information (UCI) with multiplexing based on the selection criterion.
