At that, each recording video unit operates independently and in automatic mode performs identification of vehicles VRM, records data into an archive and transmits said data to the other recording video unit, with matching of VRM data, compares time of passage of the road section and calculates average speed of vehicle on section and detects violations of speed mode, forms evidence base, including photo and video materials, having records of the current time interval obtained during reception and processing of GNSS signals included in the system, and a payment receipt of the penalty, and transmits them through a data transmission device via a radio modem or an Ethernet network to a user server.
